Meet The Doctors
Dr. Benny had always wanted to be a doctor growing up. Through an internship opportunity in high school, she worked with a chiropractor who changed her perspective on the health care system. She learned about healing by hand and the influence the nervous system has on the body. This sparked her interest resulting with Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience from UC Santa Cruz. She graduated from Life Chiropractic College West in 2022 and is proficient in Drop Table, Diversified, and Activator Techniques. She has adjusted extremities such as shoulder, wrists, ankles, knees, etc. She is thrilled to be serving the Livermore and Central Valley area.
Dr. Shannon Vargas is a 2016 Palmer College of Chiropractic West graduate. He became interested in Chiropractic through the sports medicine course at Northgate High School in Walnut Creek and continued along the path while earning his degree in Kinesiology at Arizona State University (Go Sundevils!!!). Private practice freshly out of school has allowed him to work with a variety of patients ranging from the tech industry to professional athletes.
When outside of the office, Dr. Vargas stays active by playing softball and basketball. You may have even seen him out at Twin Creeks during his Palmer days, they had quite a team going with the league championships to show it! He is always looking for a new city to visit and loves attending professional sports and delicious new breweries along the way.
