Originally came in with severe back pain with an inability to stand fully upright. The first couple of visits were of were of little help, that is when I decided to visit a different clinic. Before joining the Joint , I have been Pro-Chiropractic and have a chiropractic back home, but have never had good luck being adjusted by someone new. My Crohn's Disease took me to 78 Ibs 2 years ago when I spent several years in bed. My body is still and an old healing injury has kept me in a lot of pain. I've always sought out chiropractic care due to issues with my spine alignment, as well as needs. Also, I’ve always struggled with sciatic nerve pain. Since becoming a regular patient, my posture has improved exponentially, as well as my sciatic nerve pain is barely noticeable until it flares up. Second I was in excruciating pain for over a month - migraine headaches everyday and after my 1st adjustment with Dr. Leraaen. I was out of that extreme pain and had hope for the first time in over a month. This in short was a miracle for me... I also saw the other doctor there Dr. Griffin and he was also helpful. I finally have some hope that I can get out of pain and continue with my daily activities. I feel you've given me a chance to have my life back without pain. Thank you! Not happy. You have 2 dr’s chatting up the front desk. When I asked to be seen am told, we’re sorry we go to lunch in 6 min. Can you come back in 45 minutes? You can’t stagger lunches? You can’t see a patient standing right in front of you? What does an adjustment take…… 7 minutes?

Worst ever.Told me because of age I was medicare eligible. When I explained I have insurance that covers this they decline service.After spending an hour waitng and filling out forms they wanted to do an eval.After checking that I was told that because I had some limited motion I would have to have an independent company perform xrays. So apperenltly they only perform standard chiro, what a joke. I politely tore up my documents, said good bye and I will advise anyone who asks that these people are a rip off

Wish I could give a middle finger for a review!!! Dr. Bronson Is by THE RUDEST POS I have met in a while.. I was a walk-in Pt from a while back.. I signed in and was told five minute wait.. 3 men walked in behind me and were all seen. I was then called back.. Dr. Bronson decided to talk down to me as if I was a child.. I told him I felt that I had a rib out I told him that when I picked up groceries out of my car I heard a pop and I’m having discomfort in my room area… He then asked me what exactly I picked up.. I told him idk exactly what it was.. I just heard a pop. He then told me that if I did not tell him exactly what it was he could not help me.. He then stood up scolded me.. I took my pt paperwork from he and tore it up. THIS MAN HAS A BAD BAD EGO!

I've seen several different docs at your Joint trying to figure out which one I'm going to try and stick with. I've got to tell you that each one is excellent in their own way. They have all given me tips to do at home and things to keep in mind in general. Overall I am very happy that I broke inertia and went to the Joint. Thank goodness we found Dr. Bronson, he was subbing for our regular chiropractor and my wife and I couldn’t go back to our original chiropractor after experiencing the way Dr. Bronson does his adjustments, we now drive the extra miles for Dr. Bronson and will continue to do so until he retires, hopefully he doesn’t retire anytime soon.

I walked in (barely) in so much pain. I usually see Dr. NICOLE in Surprise but the pain was so excruciating I could not wait it until the end of the week. I was met by two booming voices arguing behind the wall. No one at the desk. I tried to scan my card but that didn’t work either. The bickering continued. Finally I called out and was met by one of the Drs. After picking a table I was met by a scolding for not coming in more. I only have the activator used on me and it has been very effective over the last 25 years. I am sorry to say between the introduction to this office and the poor use of an activator I will not go back to this office. I go for relief not a guilt trip or a sales pitch. Back to Surprise even if I have to suffer for a few days

I came here with low expectations that it would help in any way. My right arm was falling asleep may times a day causing a lot of pain & even waking me at night. We moved to Arizona a little over a year ago. Back in Ohio we went to a chiropractor that helped many generations of families. He remembered what everyone's 'pains' were and was very personable which was something we liked. So, when we moved here we wanted the same kind of care. ONE adjustment for full mobility. I decided to participate in the weekly wellness program as a precaution. The next treatment I had on my knee (5 days later, which was only supposed to be proactive in nature) went excellent "again"; as, I added the elbow, wrist, thumb, and ankles for a tune-up...VOILA! Feeling 100% better. Fantastic system and team at The Joint! Definitely recommended!

I find that the Dr.s at The Joint Center have improved my quality of life!
Also have decreased my pain. Dr. Bronson stand out the most. He really listen to me, He is the only Dr. that I have seen from The Joint Chiropractor that know how to align my sacrum. Since I have been seeing Dr. Bronson I dont need pain meds. "I have had to take pain meds. for many years" I recommend that Dr. Bronson teach the other chiropractors his technique!

I've always had back pain, but usually waited until my back went completely out. However, I've been going to The Joint for maintenance/Wellness now for a few months, and I am so happy I did. Cause of problems with my hip & neck, Now I feel good can do more than before. These folks are very helpful when I first came here a year ago I could hardly walk because of the pain with my hip. Now I can go for walks & do more around the house.
