Meet The Doctors
Dr. Jeff Holt has been an Arkansas resident most of his life. After graduating from Conway High and the University of Central Arkansas, he spent 8 years serving as a U.S. Army intelligence officer. After retiring from the Army, Jeff enrolled in Palmer College of Chiropractic and graduated in 1996. He opened his chiropractic clinic in Mountain View, AR and has since developed a high-volume clinic offering both chiropractic and acupuncture services.
Dr. Jeff is married with 3 children and 1 grandson. In his spare time, he enjoys horseback riding, camping, and spending time with his family. He is both an owner and operator within The Joint Chiropractic’s system and is excited to offer The Joint Chiropractic’s concept in Northwest Arkansas.
Dr. Timothy Haynes was born and raised in Jonesboro, Arkansas. He attended Arkansas State University for his undergraduate, Biological Sciences: Pre-Professional Studies. He graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic in San Jose, California with a Doctor of Chiropractic degree.
Dr. Haynes has served thousands of patients in the San Francisco South and East Bay Areas before moving back to his home town Jonesboro, Arkansas. He is happy to be back in the Northeast Arkansas area to proudly serve the Jonesboro community with quality and passionate chiropractic care.
Dr. Lauren Garrison is originally from Batesville, AR, and went to Logan University in St. Louis, MO. She graduated in August of 2021 and has been practicing Chiropractic for one year, with many more years to come! Dr. Lauren chose to be a chiropractor to help others live a better, pain free life! Getting to know and work with patients to achieve their natural health goals is one of her favorite things about being a doctor of Chiropractic, as well as, making a positive impact not only in their lives, but in hers as well.
When Dr. Lauren is not in the office, she enjoys spending time with her miniature schnauzer named Belle who is 6 months old, and a Chiweenie named Roscoe who is 13 years old! She enjoys being outdoors, hiking, kayaking, and running! Dr. Lauren also enjoys reading and going to church with her family!
