Meet The Doctors
Dr. Troy Mauvais earned his chiropractic degree in 1987 from Life Chiropractic College - West, located in Hayward California. He practiced in the Central Valley for 10 years then relocated to the Sacramento area. He completed a 300-hour post-graduate chiropractic orthopedics course from Western Sates Chiropractic College in Portland Oregon. He has extensive post-graduate experience and is well-versed in all types of cases.
Dr. Mauvais is married to his wonderful wife Julie and lives in Fair Oaks, California. They raised 3 amazing boys (all adults now) who each have their own lives and personal passions.
Dr. Mauvais began working with Joint Ventures in 2013 when there was only one Sacramento location. He opened and successfully grew the Gold River clinic in Rancho Cordova as its Clinic Director. Six years later he transferred to the Folsom clinic and continued its upward trajectory. Over the last several years Joint Ventures has added many more locations in the Sacramento region.
Dr. Jackie Kosak graduated from Pasadena College of Chiropractic in 1986. She is a second generation chiropractor. Her father practiced in Fairfield California. She is knowledgeable in a wide variety of techniques including Diversified, Thompson Drop Table and Activator Methods. She also enjoys nutritional counseling.
