Dr. Russell joined The Joint Chiropractic’s family of local healthcare providers in 2022 at Joint Chiropractic’s Hayward and El Cerrito locations. A graduate of: Life Chiropractic College West, who studied Science and Chiropractic medicine, she received her doctorate of chiropractic in 2021;, she still enjoys learning about health, wellness and Chiropractic care.
Give us an explanation about the circumstance when you knew chiropractic was your calling: When I was an elite level rugby player, I found that nothing helped my performance or my pain more than consistent chiropractic care. I hope to change the game for my patients as well.
Dr. Rosie, as she likes to be called, says the best thing about being in the chiropractic field is: Helping folks live their best lives!
Dr. Rosie has also worked as a Chiropractor in the Bay Area. She also enjoys life in the Bay Area. My hobbies include Rugby, CrossFit, Reading, Exploring new hiking trails with my pup.
The thing I like best about working at Joint’s East Bay locations is: El Cerrito and Hayward are both such beautiful cities with a lot of character. I love to get out on my lunch break and explore.

What’s the coolest thing you’ve ever done, and why was it so cool: Skydiving on my 20th birthday. Coolest and also most terrifying.
