Dr. Ed was born and raised in Goleta, CA. He graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic West in 2005. He says that the best thing about being in the chiropractic field is the ability to help people naturally and drug-free. He also enjoys seeing how the profession is growing and being accepted, especially in the sports world. He enjoys seeing major sports incorporating Chiropractic into the training with their athletes.
Dr. Ed knew that he wanted to be a Chiropractor when he was playing high school football and suffered a shoulder injury just before an Allstar game. He went to see a Chiropractor and was treated and able to play in the game! He knew then he wanted to become a Chiropractor to be able to help people quickly and drug-free.
Dr. Ed married his high school sweetheart, Michele. She is a zookeeper for the Fresno Chaffee Zoo, and together, they both enjoy competing in the Scottish Heavy Athletics competitions. They have a son who is 7 years old, and an insane loveable black and white cat named Oreo.
Dr. Ed was able to experience traveling to Australia and New Zealand and while in NZ, he and his family witnessed an active volcano while staying on a farmstead. He also had the unique experience of being the team Chiropractor for the California Lutheran University Football program for 14 years!
Dr. Steele grew up in Oakdale, CA. He graduated in 2005 from Life Chiropractic College West in Hayward, CA. He has worked as a Chiropractor in Modesto and Hayward, CA. He says that the best thing about being a Chiropractor is when a patient says “WOW” after being adjusted! He loves seeing results in the patients he treats.
Dr. Steele is a proud father of two grown kids. His son does web/application design and his daughter is a teacher. In his free time Dr. Steele enjoys hiking, gardening, reading, exercising, doing art, and collecting vintage comics. One of his hiking experiences was during a 4-day trip in the backcountry, he was able to prepare an extravagant chili and cornbread meal for ten people while it down poured! Nothing stops Dr. Steele!
Dr. Rae was born in Mountain View, WY (the third of six children), but most of his growing up years were spent in St. George, UT where he graduated from Dixie High School in 1999 receiving the highest award for accomplishments in the classroom and on the athletic field. Prior to attending college he chose to serve the people of Brazil for two years (1999-2001) as a missionary for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. While there, he learned to speak fluent Portuguese. He then attended Dixie State College where he was chosen as the Life Science Student of the Year in 2003. After graduating from Dixie State College he attended Brigham Young University receiving his Bachelors Degree in Exercise Science in 2005. After attending BYU he enrolled at Palmer College of Chiropractic West in October of 2005. During his time there, he served on the Student Council, and he was a teaching assistant for both Anatomy and Physiology. At graduation in December of 2008 he received the Most Outstanding Sports Clinician award. After graduating from chiropractic school Dr. Rae started his own clinic that he owned for 13 years in Phoenix, AZ. He has served as the medical director for many of the major sporting events in the Phoenix, AZ valley, and in 2016 he was chosen to be on the medical staff of the Summer Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. In 2012, Dr. Rae returned to school and received a Masters Degree in Sports Science and Rehabilitation from Logan University, and he completed courses through the American Board of Chiropractic Sports Physicians to become a Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician (CCSP). Dr. Rae and his wife, Mary, have six children together (five boys and one girl). Dr. Rae is an avid Ironman triathlete, and he loves to spend his time in the outdoors.
