Standing Hamstring: Sitting for long periods of time can cause muscles to contract. This tightness can affect the position of your hips and cause symptoms of pain in your lower back. This exercise helps release this tension.

IT Band Stretch: Prolonged sitting can also cause knee and hip pain. This stretch of the Iliotibial Band, or IT Band, helps improve mobility when walking, running and climbing stairs.

Piriformis Stretch: This stretch helps avoid lower back pain by increasing hip mobility. Both sitting and strenuous activities can cause the muscles surrounding the hips to tighten, which can affect your lower back health.

Remember to perform all these stretches as advised by your chiropractor.
